1. Service Scope
LicenseHub provides consulting and application assistance for internet gambling licenses across multiple jurisdictions. Our services include:
- Jurisdiction selection consulting
- Application document preparation
- Regulatory compliance guidance
- Communication with licensing authorities
- Post-license compliance support
We do not guarantee license approval. Final decisions rest with regulatory authorities in each jurisdiction.
2. Client Obligations
You must provide accurate, complete information throughout the application process. That includes:
- Company documentation and financial records
- Background checks for beneficial owners and key personnel
- Technical specifications for gaming platforms
- Source of funds verification
Incomplete or misleading information can result in application delays or rejections. We're not liable for outcomes caused by inaccurate client data.
3. Fees and Payment Terms
Our fee structure is transparent and jurisdiction-specific. Payment terms:
- Initial consultation: Free assessment
- Retainer fee: Due upon engagement (non-refundable)
- Government fees: Paid directly to authorities
- Success fee: Due upon license issuance (where applicable)
Refund policy: Retainer fees cover initial work and are non-refundable after service commencement. Government fees are never refundable regardless of application outcome.
4. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Your data is shared only with regulatory authorities as required for license applications.
Exception: We may disclose information if legally required by court order or regulatory investigation.
5. Service Timeline
Estimated timelines (60-90 days for most jurisdictions) are approximations. Actual processing time depends on:
- Regulatory authority workload
- Completeness of your application
- Additional due diligence requirements
- Third-party verification delays
We commit to diligent follow-up but cannot control government processing speeds.
6. Limitation of Liability
LicenseHub's liability is limited to fees paid for services. We are not responsible for:
- License application rejections
- Changes in regulatory requirements
- Business losses during application process
- Third-party service provider errors
7. Intellectual Property
All methodology, templates, and proprietary processes remain LicenseHub property. Clients receive license to use deliverables solely for their license application.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Upon termination:
- You pay for work completed to date
- We transfer all application materials to you
- Government fees remain non-refundable
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
